Modern Western Square Dancing is probably not what you think. We are not a bunch of hicks. We use great pre-recorded music of all styles from country to big band to 50's to today's current pop. The usually vocal-free music is background for the caller's instructions/prompts.

Want to learn to square dance?
1st and 3rd Saturdays starting October 2010 come to
the Village Swingers from 7pm to 8:30pm.
Or show up on any Wednesday night, year-round,
and you will be able to dance with the Gerrymanders whether or not you have ever square danced before. Come regularly and you will become proficient and prepared to dance other places as well. Former dancers please come any night to get a refresher. See more information and link below.
